• Contact enquiries: name, email address, message content.
• Internship applications: name, email, phone, college name, domain preference.
• Account registration: email address, profile details you add.
• Payment: payment is processed by Razorpay / Cashfree. We do not store card or UPI details.
• Usage data: browser type, pages visited, approximate location — collected via standard web server logs for analytics only.

• To respond to your contact enquiry.
• To process your internship enrolment, assign a project, and issue your certificate.
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmation, evaluation result, certificate link).
• To maintain records required for our MSME registration and legal compliance.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Certificate records are retained indefinitely to support future verification requests. You may request deletion of other data at any time (see Section 6).

We use the following trusted third-party processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Razorpay / Cashfree — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).
• Vercel — website hosting and CDN.
• Cloudflare — DNS and performance.

Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication (login sessions) only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in to your student account.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (where not legally required to retain it).
• Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect lawfulness of prior processing).
• Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; you provide data at your own risk.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately for deletion.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
